Inner Revolution

Let this Birth
Let this Day
Be the Birth-Day
That reveals what Inner Revolution is

'Samyag-darshan' is 'Right-Perception'
It comes from Inner Revolution
Creating in the process a sense of Inner freedom

Come, let's find our Inner Freedom
For this, secure the Leisure necessary
   for your Broodings and Ponderings
An Inner Revolution happens
On Cessation of all Psychological Resistances

Living Now in Bondage of Past
Can you experience Freedom Now?
Can you at the same time
   walk South and North ?

For Samyag-darshan
Cease to perceive, from the eyes of yesterday
Cease to Act, Feel, and Think, from fixed Ways

It's clinging to the Old
Yet trying to Understand New
That creates the Chaos in Me and You

If you Insist on Training the Mind
  then be a Silent Witness
Simply be Aware
to what's going on in your Mind
This is a silent Act
-- Of Samyag-darshan
-- Of Awareness without choice

Just see things as they are
  from each moment to next
Remain Aware at all time
  Within and Outside
This perception Frees you
  from all your conditioned past
You now begin to experience
  both inner and outer Freedom

In the beginning
Awareness is simply a Tool
That Awakens your sleeping Mind and Heart
It's Awareness that brings
Complete understanding of 'Inner You'

What is Mind?
Don't waste efforts to find
Find ways to adopt and make use of mind
To understand your Inner and Outer Universe

Know that
Nothing is New under the Sun
But, for a man who Understands
That the world changes not, but only himself

It is this New understanding
That completely changes
The Meaning and Purpose of Life

Let this Birth
Let this Day
Be the Birth-Day
That reveals what 'UMED' is --
You are ... ... ... ... Universal
You are Not ... ... ... Mind
To be ... ... ... ... Enlightened
Experience your non-Duality

You are the Subject
You are the Object
You are both in your Consciousness
It is the Awareness of this Fact
That leads to Inner Revolution

Know that revolution is HERE and NOW
But never in the future
So let this day
Be the day of Inner Revolution

Be aware and perceive rightly
Then the words come alive and become meaningful
If not, they are like writings on water
Soon to disappear into meaninglessness!!
