Dennis
Trunk, who publishes the very fine website 3rd
Millennium Gateway, asked for permission a couple
of days ago to reprint one of our articles, "Killing
the Ego" by Laura Olshansky. (Laura said yes,
of course.) The request made me a bit teary-eyed because
that article was the first one ever written for Realization.org.
Laura, who was our first editor, wrote it before the
site started as an example of the type of material she
hoped to publish in the future.
Dennis
told me: " I think this article makes a very useful
contribution to Advaita
literature." Thanks, Dennis.

The
photos and paintings on Kamat's
Potpourri are so good (see the entry immediately
below) that I asked for permission to reproduce them
here on an ongoing basis as illustrations for our articles.
A member of the Kamat family wrote back immediately
and very kindly said yes. This will enable us to use
more artwork from India and less from Europe. I've wanted
to do that for a long time, but have been stymied up
to now by my inability to find high-quality photos of
Indian art which we are allowed to reproduce.

frequently ask us to publish links to their websites.
I make the decision by asking myself, "Would I
tell a friend to look at this website?" Usually
the answer is no.
But
there are some really great sites out there. In the
last week, I happened to run across three that are absolutely
terrific. You might want to check them out.

a surprise. We just checked to see which pages are most
